Making a return or an exchange should be an easy process, we get it. Bones Coffee is committed 100% to delivering the best quality coffee and merchandise to our loyal customers. We only ask you follow a couple Bones Ground Rules for returns/exchanges. For a more scientific explanation of our return policy, click here.

 

Rule #1: Absolutely NO returns or exchanges on any drinkable or edible products  as all of our coffee is roasted to order for peak fresh enjoyment. Would you want to receive a food product previously sent out and returned? Nah, me either. We do offer a first time satisfaction guarantee if you happen to order the wrong product or have a flavor you did not enjoy as we intended. 

 

Rule #2: We do accept returns on unused mugs or tumblers as well as exchanges on any apparel that may not fit. Please be sure to review the product descriptions on future orders. 

 

Rule #3: If the product is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was received, Bones will cover the return shipping cost. If you did not like the color or size of a mug or shirt, Bones will not cover the return shipping costs and onus of returning the merchandise would be on you, the wonderful customer.

 

Rule #4: We do not accept returns/exchanges on any of our brewing equipment or products that are opened or have a manufacturer warranty. What we can do is bridge the connection between you and the warranty company to help deliver the best possible outcome for you the customer.
