Good coffee

Great coffee but unfortunately the beans were somewhat dry.

The other two coffee “mustachio & White Russian were fresh rich & full of oil.
Don’t know if the High voltage was unusually dry or if it was the process

Good Stuff

I wanted a little more of a kick in the morning and this stuff works great.

Percolating perfection.

I ordered the high voltage, jacked o lantern, and French vanilla. All thee were delicious, smelled amazing, and caffeinated accordingly to the hype. I am pleased with my venture into the bones coffee company. I anticipate future orders.

Up and at 'em!

Wow!! This is the ONLY coffee that has truly woken me up after the first few sips. Thanks!! Will deffo reorder. ☠

Katie, thanks for your review!
Not Impressed by the Flavor In This

This so far is the only Bones coffee blend to disappoint me. It suffers the same fate of other advertised high caffeine coffees and that’s the flavor goes to the wayside. It lacked complexity, I’m guessing robusta beans were used instead of arabica?

In terms of how the caffeine performs, it is difficult to say. I work graveyard shifts and the following day running on 2 hours of sleep it still wasn’t enough to rescue me from the depths of sleep deprivation (I didn’t deduct any stars for this reason).

FYI: It was prepared with a barataza burr grinder and a Hario v60 pour over.
